How do I order? How does it work? What information do you need from me?

Once your credit card order has been processed, you will get a confirmation email with a link to a form for you to fill out. This form makes it really easy for you to choose the style and type of images you want. It also gives you the opportunity to indicate your preferences regarding colors, types of images, the text for your book’s title, and other such things. You’ll also be able to tell us if you have a logo or other graphics you would like us to include.

Don't worry if you don't have all the information right at hand to fill out the form. You'll be able to go back to the form and fill in the information later. Or you can call us. In the confirmation email, you will get a phone number to contact us so you can talk directly with our designer and/or customer service.

Do I own the cover that you have designed?
Yes! You own the copyright to the cover we design for you. However, it is important to note that your cover may contain clipart or photographs which remain copyrighted by someone else, but for which we have permission to use in your cover artwork. In this case the rights to use the clipart or photographs, separately remain with the other person, but the design of your cover belongs to you.

What size(s) do I get?
You will receive your cover in three sizes: large, medium, and small. We'll give you the most popular sizes for ebook covers. The small cover is the size you see when going to our sample images we've designed. Your web designer can easily resize them. But if you have a need for a different size, just mention it in your order. The default size for the header and footer will be 600 pixels wide unless you indicate otherwise.

How do I receive the cover?
Once your book cover or other images are created, you can download them from a page on our web site. Or we'll send them as an email attachment.

How long does it take to get my cover?
Most of the time you'll have your book cover within 2 to 5 working days from the time you provide us with the information. We guarantee you will have your cover within 7 working days. If you need your image within 48 hours, we can accommodate you for an additional rush charge. You will receive sample images of your new cover within 48 hours of receiving the information from you.

Can I use my own images?
Yes, you can use your own images. Please note, you must either own the copyrights or have permission to use any images you supply to us. If you don't have your own images, you can indicate what kind of images you would like us to use, or we will use our expert judgment.

Can I choose the colors and fonts?
Yes, you can tell us what colors and fonts you prefer. However, some fonts don't work well in the small size needed for a book cover. We recommend that you let us use our expert judgment. We know through our experience which colors and fonts work best for web images.

Can I order if I am in another country?
Yes, of course. We serve clients all over the world. It is a simple matter for us to correspond and deliver the images through email. You also have the option to use a private page on our web site from which you can download your images.

Will my cover be unique?
Yes, every ebook cover, box cover, or other image is custom designed and unique.

Can I order additional images to match my original order?
Yes! We'll store the images we create for you - just in case you need some modifications later.

Do you design other images?
We focus on ebook covers, software boxes, web headers/banners/headlines, background images and order buttons. However, if you need additional graphic design work, we'll do that as well. Just email us or call us and let us know what you want.

What if I don't like the design of my cover? Can I make changes?

What format will my cover be in?
Your cover will be provided as a 72 dpi GIF or JPEG image. We will use the format that gives the highest quality and fastest download for your graphic. GIF and JPEG are the most popular formats for web pages. You will be able to place your new cover directly into your web page without any further modification.
